These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NurseG's services. By booking or receiving services from NurseG, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
NurseG provides mobile IV wellness and concierge nursing services. All services are delivered by Gladys, a Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA. Services are provided for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Clinical Assessment
All services are subject to individual clinical assessment and suitability. NurseG reserves the right to decline to provide services where, in Gladys's clinical judgement, a service is not appropriate or safe for a client. This decision is final and is made in the best interests of the client's safety.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during your clinical assessment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety of your service. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances at the time of your appointment.
Pricing and Payment
Service prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NurseG's liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
